Spotify Doctor lands on Medium by opening the first official channel dedicated entirely to emerging artists. We are ready to give space to those who produce music and want to be known around the world.
We are a staff of Italian music experts who specialize in musical feedback and reviews and we are also becoming active in the field of interviews. You can find us on all music platforms such as Groover, Artist Republik, Soundcamps and Droptrack.
How does the interview work?
Send us your song via one of the social networks mentioned above and you will be contacted by our trusted journalist for the first questions. Your song if it passes our selection will be able to enter the playlist!
Within a week you will receive an email with the link that will take you to the article. You can share it with friends, fans and colleagues to increase your visibility. The interviews will be done mainly in English and Italian but don’t worry if you prefer someone else, we will work to make it possible anyway.
Does the interview have a cost?
The interview is free and we therefore ask you to send it to us preferably via a social network affiliated with us. However, you can also send us your application for the interview to spotifydoctor1@gmail.com
What questions will there be in the interviews?
In the interview there will be questions about the history of the artist, the song and the motivation that prompted him to write the song. We want our readers to receive the emotions and sensations that artists feel. We will insert the link of your song at the end of the article and we will ask you to send us a photo of you to attach to the article (optional).
Why do you do this?
We do this because very often emerging music is not valued as it should. We want to help emerging artists enhance their music by giving honest feedback and writing articles about their history and life. Very often the emerging ones are snubbed by the record companies and therefore they resort to very expensive streaming and advertising services that bring poor results and often end up turning out to be scams.
We are the staff that gives voice to the songs of emerging artists from all over the world.
